Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY only ships in the contiguous USA. We do not ship outside of the USA. For order outside the USA please reach contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING in the USA on orders of $100+.

Store Pickup (Freund's & Family - 1201 River Ave. Lakewood NJ 08701) is also available as the first option after putting in your shipping information.

Please note that if your entire order is returned, or your new total after return is below $100, the original shipping fees will be deducted from your return.

If your order did not qualify for free shipping, and you paid for shipping, your shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you provided an incorrect address and your order is returned to us via the carrier, the customer will be responsible to pay an additional shipping fee to have your order shipped again.

NOTE: is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. is not responsible for packages that are stolen once marked delivered by the shipping carrier on your tracking information. If you need to start a claim on your package, we are happy to assist; please contact us.

Orders that contain sale items: Please be aware that sale items are occasionally sold out. Orders that are missing sale items will still be processed; only the missing item will be refunded. If you are ordering a few of the same items or matching outfits for multiple children, sale orders are still final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a missing item.

If you have questions regarding fit and sizing, we encourage you to reach out to us by email before placing your order.

EXCHANGES does not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order, and return the unwanted items within the return policy guidelines listed below.


ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED 20% OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE – no returns or exchanges.

Online store credits cannot be used in store. Returns are processed within 5 days of being delivered to us. You will receive an automated email confirmation and receipt upon processing. Depending on your bank, you will typically see your refund on your statement within 3-7 business days.

SEASONAL, FASHION, SPECIALTY ITEMS: Returns made within 8 days of the delivery date will get a refund. We will not accept returns after this time frame.

BASIC CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES: Returns made within 14 days of the delivery date will get a refund, days 15-30 will receive online store credit. We will not accept returns after this time frame.

UNDERGARMENTS & SWIMWEAR: All Underwear, Undershirts, Baby Bodysuits, Slips, and Bathing Suits are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unworn.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, if your order qualified for free shipping and you return your entire order or if your new total after the return is below the qualifications for free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund.

If you would like a return label provided, please email us with your order number and the items you are returning. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund. We will provide the exact cost of the fees when you email us. Once you have received your return label, please ship out your return within 24 hours, or we reserve the right to refuse your return.

Alternatively, you may choose to return your order in store or use your own return label with tracking information.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that all returns are scanned by the shipping carrier at least 1 day prior to the return-by date. Returns that arrive late and were shipped out only after the return-by date will be mailed back to you at your own expense.

Please be sure to include your packing slip with your return and package the items neatly in their original packaging to ensure your refund is processed. We take great care to ship your items neatly; please return them in the same way you have received them so we can sell them to the next customer.

If returns arrive damaged or stained, or any other imperfection that is not a manufacturer’s defect, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged or has a defect, please contact us with information and pictures BEFORE sending it back on your own.
